A $100 deposit is required to reserve your booking. This deposit is applied towards your total balance. Once you've paid your deposit, we will reach out via email with your invoice. Full payment is due 30 days before your booked event.
All prices listed are before tax. Applicable taxes (HST) will be added to your final total.
$100 deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of your event. If you are booking within 30 days of your event, you will have 2 business days after receiving your invoice to pay total balance.
Your balance (less deposit) is 100% refundable up to 7 days before the event and 50% refundable up to 72 hours before the event. Event is non refundable within 72 hours.
All parties require a minimum payment for 6 guests. Even if you have less than 6, we require the minimum payment to cover overhead & staffing.
A responsible adult must be present during the party to supervise children under 18yrs. We do not provide childcare services.
Recommended ages for parties are a guideline. No chain jewelry or pliers are included with Little Kid Charm Parties, please use discretion when booking our Kid's Charm Party which requires the use of jewelry pliers.
Parties are blocked at 2 hours which includes 15 min for setup and 15 min for take down. However we are happy to stay up to 3 hours.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused in their original condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If your item arrives broken or you have an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
